Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to support student development. Qualifications: Certification or licensure in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education or related special education credential. Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing in a K-12 educational setting. Strong knowledge of communication modes including American Sign Language (ASL), auditory-verbal techniques, and speech therapy support. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
