This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized occupational therapy (OT) services in a home setting, supporting a student's unique educational needs within a high school environment. The role is based in Brush Prairie, WA, and involves a contract through the school year (NSY).

Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-person occupational therapy services at the student's home twice a week, with 40-minute direct service sessions. Provide 15 minutes weekly consultation to support the students progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure cohesive support plans. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and student progress. Adapt therapy approaches based on individual student needs and goals set within the educational setting. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in home health, healthcare, and school-based settings. Ability to work effectively with students requiring special education support. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to provide services in home-based settings with flexibility in scheduling. Location: Brush Prairie, WA Schedule and Duration: Contract position for the school year (NSY). 2 days per week, providing direct services and consultation as noted.
