A strong contract opportunity is open for an experienced Pharmacist to join a community hospital in Massachusetts. This role provides consistent overnight shifts in a supportive hospital environment. Job Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, ThursdayWednesday, 9:00 pm 7:30 am
Setting: 175-bed community hospital
Technology: EPIC
Location: Worcester, MA 01608
Responsibilities: Perform accurate order verification and timely medication dispensing
Supervise pharmacy technicians during night operations
Provide pharmacokinetics consultation and dosing adjustments
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with hospital standards, regulations, and patient safety protocols
Qualifications: Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license (required)
Minimum of 5 years inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Solid clinical knowledge and ability to work independently on night shift
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
