Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and evidence-based therapy services to K-8 students and daycare children with speech and language challenges. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district and state guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as necessary. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Valid school-based SLP certification. Experience working with K-8 students and early childhood populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
