Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Deliver direct therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language objectives Track and document student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including educators and specialists to ensure cohesive care Involve and educate families to foster supportive environments at home and school Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities Proven capability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Requirements: Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology for California Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology This role offers professional development opportunities supported by a dedicated advisory team comprised of experienced SLPs within the state, ensuring you have expert guidance throughout your assignment.
