Piedmont, CA Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapies, and progress monitoring for elementary-aged students Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Oversee and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and manage VOCO tools as applicable Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports compliant with school and district guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student support Qualifications and Experience: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Willingness to supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) as part of professional development and support Experience working with children in an elementary school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills with a student-centered outlook Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other service providers Additional Information: More detailed information about the position and expectations will be provided during the interview process.
