Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
to join our school-based team in Oregon. In this role, youll support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing high-quality therapy services to students. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on childrens communication skills while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities
Collect and document student progress data
Support classroom teachers and staff with carryover strategies
Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students
Qualifications: Current Oregon SLP/A license (or eligibility)
Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping children succeed
