An educational opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support elementary school students in Springfield, OR. This position is a contract role for the current school year (CSY), focused on delivering targeted instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique abilities and goals Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure inclusive and effective learning environments Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with special education regulations and policies Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with elementary-aged children in a special education setting Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Patience, adaptability, and dedication to student success Location: Springfield, Oregon (Elementary School) This contract position extends through the current school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational experiences and growth.
