We are seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to join a busy outpatient clinic on a 13-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will have recent retail or outpatient pharmacy experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing approximately 200 prescriptions daily.

Client open to travelers Key Responsibilities: Provide in-service training for pharmacy and clinic personnel
Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients effectively
Review medical charts in compliance with OBRA requirements
Oversee and manage the clinics medication formulary
Systems Used: McKesson (Program System)
Athena (Electronic Medical Records System)
Hours of Operation: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Requirements: Active and clear Washington Pharmacist license
Minimum of 3 years licensed pharmacist experience
Recent retail or outpatient pharmacy experience required
