This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide specialized support for students across multiple schools within the Newtown area. Working with a caseload of 12 students from PreK through 4th grade, you will deliver targeted services that enhance their academic and developmental progress throughout the full school year, from August 25, 2025, to June 11, 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Travel to multiple schools within Newtown to provide itinerant services. Manage a caseload of 12 students ranging from PreK to 4th grade. Deliver individualized instruction and support aligned with each students needs. Schedule visits according to preschool and early elementary school timetables. Coordinate with school staff to ensure continuity of services across locations. Work Schedule: Four days per week. Three days at 7 hours each. One day at 6 hours. Some days assigned to a single school; others involve multiple school visits based on student schedules. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Experience working with students from PreK to 4th grade. Ability to manage and prioritize time effectively across multiple sites. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and families. Flexibility and reliability for travel between schools within the district. Location: Stamford, CT area with travel to multiple schools within Newtown. This contract position spans the entire school year, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on a consistent basis within a dynamic educational setting.
