A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide teletherapy services, supporting students with severe disabilities through a full-time contract position. This role focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, and tracking progress data.

Responsibilities include: Conducting teletherapy sessions tailored to the needs of approximately 35 students with severe disabilities Writing and updating IEPs to ensure compliance with educational standards and meet student goals Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Collaborating with educational teams to support student success through targeted speech and language services Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware Experience working with students with severe disabilities preferred Strong documentation and data collection skills Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders Location: Position supports students in Wyoming, DE, with services delivered remotely via teletherapy. This contract role is expected to begin as soon as possible, with an anticipated end date in December 2025. Interviews will be conducted virtually via Zoom to accommodate convenience and safety.
