Collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing data related to students academic and behavioral challenges, including responses to significant crises. Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans tailored to students' needs. Providing consultation to educators, parents, and families to support student development and well-being. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to professional standards and legal requirements in psychological services. Qualifications and desired experience: Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Virginia. Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff.
