This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized audiology services within a K-12 school setting for the 2025-2026 academic year. Serving a caseload of approximately 20-30 students, the role emphasizes hearing health support, including screenings and Child Find initiatives.

Contract Duration: School Year (2025-2026) Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:15 AM 3:45 PM, with some Fridays dedicated to hearing screenings and Child Find activities (totaling 10 Fridays annually). Weekly hours range from 36 to 40. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audiological assessments and hearing screenings in the sound booth to support student hearing health. Provide ongoing evaluation and intervention for students requiring audiological support. Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized hearing plans. Participate in Child Find days twice monthly to identify students with potential hearing issues and ensure timely referrals. Maintain accurate records and documentation per educational guidelines. Desired Qualifications: Valid Audiologist licensure and certification suitable for school-based practice. Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in educational settings. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a caseload of 20-30 students efficiently.
