Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs across grades K-12 Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans Assess student abilities and progress, documenting outcomes in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards Support students in developing skills that improve their academic performance and daily living activities within the school environment Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive educational strategies Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with current credentials appropriate for school-based practice Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings, preferably K-12 Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy interventions and educational regulations Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain detailed records and manage caseloads efficiently Location: Onsite position located in New Haven, Connecticut This contract assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students lives while working in a dynamic school community.
