Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Document and monitor student performance and maintain accurate records. Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. State licensure or certification as a School SLP. Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
