Provide indirect services including Student Assistance Services (SAS) and collaboration with educators and families. Travel between assigned schools to ensure consistent therapy support for all students served. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as needed. Adapt therapy interventions to meet diverse student needs and comply with school schedules. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with healthcare or school-based experience. Proven ability to manage an itinerant caseload across multiple school sites. Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules and complete necessary paperwork efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, school staff, and families. Work Schedule and Details: 12-month position averaging 37.5 hours per week.
