A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and School SLP certification is needed for a K-12 school setting in Salisbury, NC. This contract position is for the full academic school year and offers the opportunity to support students speech and language development across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in students K-12. Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance communication skills and support student progress. Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports. Participate in staff meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Valid School SLP certification/license for the state of North Carolina. Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and staff. Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations.
