Key Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred California state licensure or eligibility for licensure required Experience in school-based settings is preferred, but not mandatory Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and AAC devices is a plus Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication skills Provide therapy in both individual and group formats to diverse student populations Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain detailed records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Desired Skills and Experience: Speech Language Pathologist with Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) experience Background in pediatric healthcare and teletherapy service delivery Experience working alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in school or healthcare environments Benefits of this contract position include: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan participation Professional liability coverage This is a unique opportunity to apply your speech-language pathology expertise in a supportive educational environment with flexible work arrangements.
