An opportunity is available for a licensed Audiologist to support K-12 students during the current school year in Yakima, WA. This contracted position involves working directly within the educational setting to assess, diagnose, and manage hearing and auditory processing needs, ensuring students have access to the resources necessary for academic success.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct audiological evaluations and screenings for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized hearing plans and interventions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs Maintain detailed records and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide guidance on the use and maintenance of hearing aids and assistive listening devices Qualifications: Valid state license or certification as an Audiologist Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Knowledge of relevant audiological assessments and intervention strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team Location:Yakima, Washington servicing K-12 public schools in the area Position Details: Duration: Current school year contract Employment type: Contracted position This role offers the chance to apply audiological expertise in an educational environment, promoting student well-being and access to learning.
