Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress. Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with educational standards. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expert recommendations. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote communication skills across diverse student populations. Qualifications and Experience: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with IDEA and other applicable educational regulations. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
