This full-time remote position involves serving 48-58 students across grades kindergarten through 12th grade, working 35-37.5 hours per week through our sophisticated, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy platform. You'll provide comprehensive speech and language services including detailed assessments, individualized therapy sessions, group interventions, and collaborative consultation while maintaining the highest clinical standards in a flexible remote work environment. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized assessment protocols adapted for virtual delivery Administer formal and informal assessments including articulation tests, language batteries, fluency measures, and voice evaluations Utilize dynamic assessment techniques and collaborative evaluation methods with educational teams Complete detailed evaluation reports with evidence-based recommendations for therapeutic intervention Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations for students suspected of having communication disorders Direct Therapy Services: Provide individualized speech therapy sessions targeting articulation, phonological processes, and motor speech disorders Implement evidence-based language intervention addressing expressive and receptive language delays and disorders Deliver specialized fluency therapy using proven techniques for stuttering and cluttering disorders Provide voice therapy addressing vocal quality, pitch, loudness, and resonance concerns Conduct social communication therapy for students with autism spectrum disorders and pragmatic language difficulties Collaborative Service Delivery: Participate in virtual IEP meetings, annual reviews, and transition planning conferences Collaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, occupational therapists, and other related service providers Provide consultation and training to educational staff regarding communication strategies and classroom accommodations Maintain regular communication with families through virtual conferences and progress reports Support implementation of AAC devices and communication systems in educational settings Advanced Clinical Specializations
