Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative
Locations: Chicago, IL
Duration: Temp-to-Perm (4-month contract, potential full-time)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 7:30am-8:00pm CST, 5 days in-office
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Build rapport and exceed customer expectations with empathy and accuracy
Use multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries
Meet performance and quality standards
Collaborate with team and business partners
Work scheduled shifts with occasional overtime/weekends
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
1-3 years insurance or contact center experience preferred
Strong bilingual communication (Spanish/English) skills
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Proficient in multi-tasking and computer applications
Accountability and teamwork mindset
