We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both business operations and personal matters. Key Responsibilities

• Professional Duties:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.

• Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

• Manage travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.

• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

• Organize files, maintain databases, and handle light project management tasks.

• Personal Duties:

• Manage household scheduling, appointments, and personal errands.

• Coordinate family or household logistics (deliveries, vendors, or services).

• Assist with personal travel planning and reservations.

• Provide occasional event planning or support for personal/family activities.

• Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.

• Flexible and adaptable; able to balance professional and personal tasks seamlessly.
