About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to join our team! In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office and operations on track. From scheduling meetings to managing documents, you'll be the go-to support person who helps everything run efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members and leadership

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed

Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Assist with data entry, reports, and basic spreadsheet management

Support other projects and tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of administrative or office support experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word & Excel)

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
