Required to be local to Huntsville, AL due to being an onsite Monday-Friday position.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages.

Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Manage office supplies and office kitchen supplies, including monitoring and refilling snacks and beverages.

Notify staff of visitor arrivals and coordinate access badges or sign-in processes.

Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and building maintenance staff.

Perform interdepartmental administrative and clerical support tasks as needed.

Performs basic filing and recordkeeping to support assigned team.

Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings, trainings, and team events, ensuring timely delivery, accommodating dietary needs including setup and cleanup.

Utilize Microsoft core business applications to carry out daily duties.

Maintain Other duties as assigned by Office Administrator.

Required Job Specifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software

Work Conditions

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position will often move about inside the office to escort visitors, deliver packages to addressee, etc. Occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients.
