Location: Must reside within 40 minutes of one of the following areas: Orlando, FL • Canton, MI • Frisco, TX • Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Full-time | Remote (with location restrictions)

🧠What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers (8–10 calls/hour)
- Help patients update insurance and pharmacy information
- Document interactions and follow-up tasks in the system
- Support specialized teams with client-specific needs
- Collaborate with disease-focused teams to deliver top-tier service
- Connect patients with pharmacists for clinical questions
- Handle special tasks like shipment notifications and reporting
- Escalate calls to appropriate teams when needed
- Customer service experience
- in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or call center environments
- Remote work experience
- and comfort working independently
- High-speed internet (100 Mbps+ download) and ability to hardwire connection (ethernet cable provided)
- Comfortable wearing a headset throughout the day
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience making outbound calls
- Familiarity with pharmacy or insurance processes
- Active listening
- Multitasking
- Openness to feedback
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
