Executive Recruiter & Relationship Builder We are seeking a dynamic
Regional Sales Manager
to lead growth initiatives and strengthen market share in the
industrial manufacturing sector
across the
East/Southeast territory . This individual will play a key role in generating new business, cultivating distributor and customer partnerships, and managing critical accounts. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve revenue objectives and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
We would prefer someone live in the Chicagoland area or east/southeast. Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a territory plan designed to deliver on sales and growth targets. Prospect and develop new business through direct outreach, referrals, and industry networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Partner closely with distributors, dealers, and other channel partners to maximize opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market conditions. Present tailored proposals, pricing, and solutions to decision-makers. Lead negotiations and finalize agreements in line with company guidelines and profitability goals. Track results, analyze performance metrics, and report progress to leadership. Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings. Travel frequently throughout the assigned region to meet clients and uncover new opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred. 5+ years of proven sales success, ideally within a comparable product or service sector. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Skilled in assessing market data and adjusting strategies to meet changing needs. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently. Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office software. Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within the region. Details
