The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Virginia invites applications for a full-time Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology certified Pathologist with a specialty interest in renal pathology. This is an open rank, tenure-optional position. The successful candidate will participate in native and transplant kidney sign-out. Applicants must have subspecialty fellowship training or expertise in renal pathology. The position requires teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and scholarly activity is expected. Additionally, the qualified candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as a team member.
