Job Description:
We are seeking diligent and versatile Warehouse Associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
This role involves being cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions beyond operating forklifts. The position requires comfort with hand picking, packing, processing, and unloading trailers manually. Candidates should be prepared to operate various equipment including an order/cherry picker, swing reach truck, sit down forklift, and manual pallet jack.
Responsibilities:
- Pull orders using an order picker and load/unload trucks.
- Manage inventory control and pack orders for small parcel shipments.
- Handle all duties related to shipping and receiving within the warehouse.
- Properly fill out all paperwork and follow inspection processes to ensure quality products reach customers.
- Record parcel deliveries and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with receiving responsibilities and supply raw materials to departments as needed.
- Maintain general housekeeping practices throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure the physical condition of all equipment is maintained.
- Collaborate with other operators in a team environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as needed, including weekends, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
- Experience in order selection and order picking.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as cherry picker, dock locks, and forklifts.
- Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow work orders and strong attention to detail.
- Capability to handle material handling equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 40lbs and perform various physical tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse inventory management.
- Knowledge of packaging and shipping labels.
- Understanding of bills of lading.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
