What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions and maintain positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to meet both company and customer needs - Manage large, complex accounts and ensure achievement of sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Negotiate contracts and ensure legal compliance in all sales activities

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales within the data center sector and at least 2+ years managing key accounts - Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Skills to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects and deliver impactful presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches is ideal - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Skills in resolving quality and delivery concerns effectively - Strong self-directed work ethic
