Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing payroll and coordinating events Maintain records of sales data and customer interactions, analyzing trends for strategic decision-making Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Contribute to a positive working environment through team building activities and effective scheduling Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in sales or administrative roles High school diploma or GED equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office, SalesForce/CRM technology, and telecommuting software Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Preferred Qualifications
