Were seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Territory Manager to expand adoption of cutting-edge surgical technologies across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in the

operating room (OR), sterile processing (SPD), orthopedics, or surgical devices who is ready to accelerate their career with

uncapped earning potential . Responsibilities Drive new business development and grow existing accounts within your territory.

Build lasting relationships with surgeons, OR/SPD staff, and hospital administrators.

Provide clinical support, product training, and in-servicing to medical staff.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and local events.

Effectively manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report activity using CRM tools.

Qualifications

25 years of

medical device sales experience (orthopedics, spine, surgical equipment, or SPD solutions preferred).

Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to educate healthcare professionals in the OR.

Ability to travel 5070% within your assigned territory.

Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent medical sales experience).
