The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the companys Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Government Property systems. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring these platforms support the organizations contract management, procurement, and property compliance objectives. The administrator partners closely with Contracts, Procurement, IT, and other functional teams to improve workflows, maintain system integrity, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company policies. Serve as the primary administrator for the CLM platform, including user management, workflow configuration, permissions, and system troubleshooting. Manage the Government Property database system to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements. Partner with Contracts and Procurement teams to design, implement, and improve system workflows and templates. Collaborate with IT to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance system efficiency across platforms. Ensure data integrity through regular audits, system updates, and process reviews. Act as the liaison between business users, IT, and vendors for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Provide training, documentation, and user support for Contracts, Procurement, and Government Property systems. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization. Stay current on regulatory changes (FAR, DFARS, agency-specific clauses) that impact system requirements and processes. Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional working groups related to contracting and procurement systems.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, or system administration, preferably in a government contracting environment. Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and government property management requirements. Hands-on experience administering CLM systems. Experience managing Government Property tracking systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms a plus. Prior experience supporting system integrations with ERP platforms (e.g., Costpoint, SAP). Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance requirements impacting procurement and contracting systems (e.g., CMMC). Experience leading system implementation or upgrade projects. Seniority level
