We started our business in the late 1980s in Queens, New York, USA, later moving our office to Brooklyn, NY, USA, offering towels and lower thread count sheets. The company name "Home City, Inc." was established in 2003. With over 25 years of experience, our production has grown from a small office in Brooklyn to a worldwide manufacturing and importing company.

Today, our fulfillment center is located in Edison, NJ, USA, with a showroom on Fifth Avenue in New York City. We have three international offices in China, Egypt, and India, which oversee the quality assurance of all our products. We supply a complete collection of high-quality products, specializing in Egyptian Cotton goods and expanding to Cotton, Cotton Rich, and Microfiber products. Our inventory includes Bed Sheet Sets, Duvet Cover Sets, Towels, Alternative Comforters, Mattress Toppers, Pillows, Robes, and more.

Our wide product range allows us to offer competitive pricing. We provide various colors, styles, and sizes, including extended sizes like Twin XL, Olympic Queen, and Split King. We offer thread counts from 200 to 1600. Over the years, we have developed and maintained high-quality products, serving large domestic and international retail chains.

Our NJ center is EDI compliant, equipped with a barcode network supporting small to large volume orders. We import and export globally, meeting all international standards. Our mission is to grow within the fast-paced cotton industry, working closely with customers to deliver quality, variety, and style. We accept custom orders, including monogramming and custom sizes for bedding and towels.

Job Description

Coordinate the request and setup of EDI transactions between the customer and the client.

Handle software and hardware installations, upgrades, or repairs.

Monitor all software and hardware upgrades, ensuring all systems are current.

Transmit EDI documents as needed.

Implement EDI documents using knowledge of standards and business systems.

Conduct tests and enable trading partners to send and receive EDI documents.

Process failed documents, troubleshoot issues including communication, mapping, and failures.

Maintain the EDI system to ensure smooth operation.

Monitor server issues and perform repairs as needed.

Qualifications

Experience working with EDI providers such as SPS Commerce, CommerceHub, TrueCommerce, Seller Cloud.

Proficiency in Crystal Reports, SQL, and HTML.

Ability to read and write SQL stored procedures at a medium level.

Experience with Excel and Access.

Minimum of 3 years of related experience, which can be combined with relevant education.

Netsuite application software experience is preferred but not required.
