What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, ensuring positive customer relationships and business needs are met - Develop and implement business strategies for growth with strategic accounts - Manage large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and product categories - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree or relevant outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and at least 2 years managing key accounts - Ability to travel 50% of the time and possess a valid driver's license - Knowledge of electrical power products and sales models within data centers - Strong skills in project management, multitasking, and solution development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with power distribution units (PDUs) or transfer switches - Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and proposals - Familiarity with program/project management principles - Demonstrated success in resolving quality and delivery concerns in a timely manner
