Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing payroll and coordinating events Maintain detailed records of sales data and customer interactions to inform strategic decisions Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate effective communication Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Contribute to a positive working environment by organizing team-building activities and managing schedules Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in sales or administrative roles High school diploma or GED equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technologies such as Salesforce Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Preferred Qualifications
