When you join us as a Mammography Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will : Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to established company policies and protocols. Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care. Understand and use compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo cell selection, and other adjustments to produce high-quality images. Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Guide patients through the process by kindly explaining steps and answering questions regarding exam procedures. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. You Are : Genuinely passionate about patient care, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining professionalism in all situations. Capable of effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work effectively, and enjoy solving complex problems. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have : ARRT(R)(M) certification. State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and Mammography. BLS certification. At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
