Overview

Marketing Automation Manager at Procore Technologies within the Customer Lifecycle team. Build out complex end-to-end Adoption, Cross Sell, and Product Lifecycle journeys in the Braze platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to design integrated Customer Journeys that leverage real-time data, ML predictive models, dynamic personalization, and AI tool integrations to impact churn, expansion, adoption, CLV, and cost to serve. This role reports to the Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing and is based in the U.S. or Canada (office or remote) with immediate availability. What youll do Own and manage Procores Braze platform at an operational level (programs, campaigns, data integrations). Collaborate with data and engineering teams to understand custom data integrations and the CDP. Align with the Lifecycle marketing team to design and deliver highly personalized, omni-channel nurtures and campaigns. Work with Analytics to ensure campaigns are tagged correctly and data is passed back to the CDP for analysis. Partner with technology leaders across Procore to integrate MarTech in smarter ways. Identify opportunities to integrate AI and other platforms; design and manage pilot programs and evaluations. Support regional teams as the global Braze leader with guidance and training (Campaigns in a Box).

What were looking for

6+ years of experience in marketing automation, customer lifecycle, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment). Expertise in Braze, including In-App messages, Content Catalogs, Content Cards, behavioral triggers, dynamic content with Liquid, and A/B testing. Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience relevant to end-to-end design, development, and management of global marketing programs/processes. Experience working at or managing an agency (marketing automation). Analytic mindset with data-driven decision making. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and how channels complement omni-channel campaigns. Ability to analyze whats working and guide teams to maximize effectiveness. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner across teams.
