We are a growing MSP looking for a Tier 1.5 IT Support Engineer with at least two years of MSP experience. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step beyond entry-level help desk work, handling both routine and moderately complex technical issues across desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks. Youll primarily work remotely but will occasionally visit client sites for installations, escalated issues, or networking support. What Youll Do: Provide remote support using RMM and ticketing systems Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, VPNs, printers, and basic networks Perform on-site hardware installs, escalations, and network support Communicate solutions clearly to clients Monitor alerts, system events, and service queues to meet SLAs Document work in the ticketing system Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 engineers Maintain client system records and access credentials Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and account management What You Bring: 2+ years MSP support or help desk experience Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and remote tools Familiarity with ticketing (ConnectWise, Autotask) and RMM (Automate, NinjaOne, Kaseya, N-able) Solid troubleshooting across desktops, networks, and cloud services Clear communication and strong customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for occasional visits Ability to lift/move computer equipment as needed Bonus Points: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications Experience with firewalls and basic networking Exposure to virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup systems Familiarity with MDM tools like Intune 401K PTO And more Seniority level
