Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating guests about drink options, and making beverages to brand specifications. Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings. Pay $15.00 - $15.00 / hour. What will you do? Greet guests and suggest items using suggestive selling techniques. Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines. Assist in opening or closing of the location including performing clean up duties. Record all transactions via the point of sale system. Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests. Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift. More about you Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
