Lake Chelan School District has openings for Substitute Student Nutrition Workers. Salary is $20.42 per hour with a minimum of 3-5 hours per day, as needed. This is a dishwasher position, possibly to assist with cooking when needed.
This position is for Monday-Friday, only when school is in session. The Lake Chelan School District will train prospective applicants upon hiring.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma Prior food service training and work experience desirable. Ability to function as part of a cohesive team. Food production skills and the ability to assist in preparing standardized recipes using a commercial kitchen and to operate school district food service equipment. Ability to interact positively, comfortably and confidently with the students, staff, coworkers and the public. Professional working proficiency in English is required for communication with district staff and work safety. Must be able to lift, carry, push and or pull items up to 40 pounds.
