$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Head of Investment Management - Dallas at Selby Jennings
Selby Jennings has been retained to find an asset management/acquisitions analyst or associate for a $3bn AUM Commercial Real Estate Firm here in Dallas. This individual will be focused on the firm's residential assets so having experience within those asset classes will set you apart. This team you will join is lean in nature, allowing ample opportunity to move up and through the firm. Qualifications:
2 - 3 years in residential real estate private equity or RE investment banking Strong GPA, ranking/mid-year reviews from a top university Strong underwriting, due diligence and modeling abilities (experience preferred from an institutional sized organization) Very strong communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Very strong financial modeling experience Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships and work with professionals around the organization Seniority level
