Description
The Lead Epic Clinical and Population Health Analyst provides as the primary support contact for the Ambulatory (Clinical) and Population Health Applications. Performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for assigned applications. Responsible for and oversees day-to-day tracking of issues and questions of daily operations as it pertains to the application. The Epic Lead Clinical and Population Health Analyst role is a full time role that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in system analysis and design. Management of projects 400+ hours EPIC Cadence Certification Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, technical, and troubleshooting skills Ability to analyze data, problem ‑ solve, and clearly communicate solutions Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution Ability to work in a complex multi ‑ communication ‑ channel environment Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams Ability to develop, document and ensure adherence to technical standards Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one’s own work independently in a fast –paced environment with changing priorities. Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding people accountable Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple players, including vendors, subject matter experts, interface engine developers, and end users, to design, configure, and test interfaces Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.) Strong knowledge of Cadence Epic Application Requires knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff.
