5. Coordinate and process Release of Records requests timely.
6. Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage.
7. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette.
4. Legible handwriting.
5. Basic computer skills, including keyboarding, mouse navigation, and accurate data entry into EMR systems.
