Job Summary

The Weekday Overnight Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness during overnight shifts, a seasonal position aligned with current COVID-19 safety protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and give tours to prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond promptly to member questions and concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Positive attitude and punctuality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve problems.
• Diplomatic behavior and language.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Talk in person or on the phone regularly.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Handle exposure to chemicals occasionally.
