Overview

Entry-Level Phlebotomist role at Synectics Inc. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with training provided. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service and eager to grow into a career in Phlebotomy. No prior phlebotomy experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in the lobby with check-in, including self-service kiosks and handheld tablets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and improve the overall patient experience.
  • Support the team by covering during breaks and helping to maintain smooth operations.
  • Learn and train in phlebotomy, with a 6-12 month training curve to become fully confident in performing blood draws.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and reliability while interacting with patients and staff.

Qualifications

  • No prior phlebotomy experience required — willing to learn.
  • Strong background in customer service with proven longevity in past roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); bilingual (Spanish) encouraged.
  • Reliable transportation.
