About the role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead and support talent acquisition in our Serbian operations. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on recruitment, covering both technical white-collar and high-volume blue-collar hiring in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Serbia.
- Lead end-to-end hiring for engineering and technical positions.
- Drive large-scale recruitment of operators and technical workers.
- Partner with plant managers and HRBPs to forecast and meet hiring needs.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and continually improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing/automotive.
- Proven success in both technical hiring and mass recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the Serbian labor market and labor law.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business or related field).
