What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard our incredible Care Pros

• Manage the applicant pipeline and keep things moving

• Run training sessions (new hire, ongoing, annual—you name it)

• Keep training materials fresh and effective

• Conduct performance check-ins and coaching conversations

• Collaborate with the scheduling team to match clients and Care Pros

• Jump into the on-call rotation (yep, extra pay for that!)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of HR andrecruiting experience, required

• A true passion for people and helping others grow

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Able to juggle tasks, solve problems, and keep cool under pressure

• You’re self-motivated, driven, and just plain awesome
