Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and improve organizational performance
• Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, offering insights and solutions to support growth
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management or business-partner roles
• Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
