Family Solutions is a multidisciplinary behavioral health organization with 22 treatment sites across four states. We provide care through four service lines: outpatient counseling, autism treatment, pediatric therapy, and mental health staffing. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and assist with property management operations. This unique role blends high-level executive support with hands-on operational responsibilities, contributing directly to the success of our mission-driven work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and track action items, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Manage logistics for leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Handle special projects as assigned, often involving cross-department collaboration and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with property management operations, including scheduling and showing properties, collecting rents, and maintaining tenant relations.
  • Support general operational functions to ensure smooth business and property management processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of executive assistant, office management, or comparable administrative experience.
  • Experience in property management or real estate support strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools; experience with property management software a plus.
